5. Processing & Delivery Time
At Fluffy Heaven, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because every item is made to order, production time is the main factor in overall delivery speed.
Most orders are completed and delivered within 2–4 weeks (including production and shipping).
Production Time
- Standard production: ~2 weeks
- Priority production: ~1 week (additional fee applies)
Shipping Time
- United States: 6–12 business days
- International: 6–14 business days
6. Expedited Options
We offer two types of expedited services:
Priority Production
- Faster crafting (~1 week)
- Additional fee applies
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
- Additional fee applies
For the fastest turnaround, both options can be combined.
7. Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection ($6.99) at checkout.
- Covers damage during transit
- Includes free replacement if item arrives broken
To process any damage claim, customers must provide photo evidence via email.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are handcrafted and often personalized:
- Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours
Customized Sculpture Items
Customized items are non-refundable after 24 hours.
These items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide order number + clear photos
We will review and offer a resolution.
10. Handcrafted Nature
Each item is handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
11. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Weather
- Incorrect address provided by customer
Packages marked as delivered but later missing are not our responsibility.
12. International Orders
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
Delays due to customs are outside our control.
