  • Custom and personalized items are final sale

  • Damaged or defective items are always taken seriously

When We Can Help

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase

  • Changes are only possible before production or engraving begins

Once production starts, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Items That Are Final Sale

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including engravings)

  • Items ordered with incorrect size or option selections

  • Natural variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted production

These characteristics are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are unable to replace or refund items affected by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

International Orders

International orders follow the same return guidelines.
Please note that customs processing, duties, and transit delays are outside of our control.

Additional Notes

  • Fluffy Heaven is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed.
