Our Story
Fluffy Heaven is a woman-owned and Asian founded brand created by someone who shares her life with two dogs and understands how deeply pets become family.
Our dogs are still with us. But loving them also means knowing that time is never guaranteed. Being surrounded by friends who have experienced pet loss showed us how important it is to have something meaningful to hold on to.
That understanding is what led to the creation of Fluffy Heaven.
We focus on professional pet customization, including ceramic urns, memorial stones, custom mugs, portraits, and keepsakes. Each piece is made to reflect a bond that does not end.
Our Craft
Every product is handcrafted through a traditional ceramic process and fired at 2282°F using non-toxic materials that are microwave and dishwasher-safe.
Each piece undergoes over 72 ceramic steps, including forming, trimming, hand-painting, glazing, kiln firing, and careful finishing.
Because every item is made by hand, no two pieces are exactly the same, and they are not meant to be.
