Processing & Delivery Time
At Fluffy Heaven, each piece is handcrafted with care. Because every item is made to order, production time is the main factor in overall delivery speed.
Most orders are completed and delivered within 2–5 weeks (including both production and shipping).
Production Time
Many of our pieces are handmade or personalized for each pet.
- Standard production: approximately 2 weeks
- Priority production: approximately 1 week (additional fee applies)
Priority production places your order ahead in our crafting queue for faster completion. Availability may vary depending on the product and current workload.
If you have a specific deadline, we recommend reaching out before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed and shipped:
- United States: typically 6–12 business days
- International: typically 6–14 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Need It Sooner?
We offer two types of expedited options, depending on your needs:
1. Priority Production (Faster Crafting)
- Production time reduced to ~1 week
- Your order is prioritized in our crafting queue
- An additional fee applies
2. Expedited Shipping (Faster Delivery)
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
- Faster carrier service for quicker transit
- An additional fee applies
Best Results: Combine Both
For the fastest overall turnaround, we recommend selecting both priority production and expedited shipping. Need it by a specific date? Combining both options gives you the fastest possible delivery.
Important Notes
- Delivery times begin after production is completed
- Custom pieces may require additional crafting time
- Delays may occur due to holidays, customs, or other external factors
Ready-to-Ship Items
Some products are available as ready-to-ship. These items are dispatched much faster. Please refer to the product page for exact timing.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Fluffy Heaven is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Address changes can only be made before shipment.
Delays in Transit
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our direct control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Peak seasons or high shipping volume
- Other external factors
Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please get in touch with us, and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Fluffy Heaven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but later reported as lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.
International Orders
We ship to selected international destinations.
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary due to customs and local carriers
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customs delays are outside of our control
